What is your return policy?
We accept returns on orders that do not meet your satisfaction. Customer is responsible for return shipping if product is in good condition. We will cover return shipping by providing you with a Return Authorization shipping label if the product is defective. If a product arrives damaged, please contact customer service. For initiating a return or reporting a damaged shipment, please contact us here.
Are your products certified kosher?
Yes, our products are certified by the Star-K kosher certifying agency and Rabbi Usher Eckstein of Kehilas Belz. They are also Cholov Yisroel, which is a premium level of kashrus for dairy products. You can rest assured that our products are certified by a highly respected kashrus agency.
I would like to ship to multiple addresses for gifts. How can I do that?
Please contact customer support to have us prepare your gift orders. Just provide the addresses and we’ll take care of the rest.
I think the products did not taste fresh. Will you take it back?
Please see above for our return policy. We stand behind all of our products. When requesting a return for product quality issues, please include the production date on the bottom of the box.
